Medela Light Support Maternity/Nursing Bra #676
It really is very comfortable: it doesn’t bind, the fabric breathes and the shoulder straps don’t cut into my shoulders. However, the stretchiness of the fabric makes this a rather loose-fitting bra; I probably could have gone with the large size instead of extra-large. I would certainly never wear this bra while exercising! I’ve found it’s best as a sleeper bra. It holds nursing pads in very well, even when lying down and rolling over repeatedly, and it’s the most comfortable bra I own to sleep in. Buy something with more support for during the day, but use this one at night.
Bravado! Body Silk Seamless Nursing Soft Cup Bra
I have been searching for a decent nursing bra that is comfortable, stylish, and functional, and have finally found it! It’s very comfortable, supportive and it seems to be made of good quality. Right now I’m only nursing a toddler but my baby will be born in the next two weeks and my milk production will be increasing by a lot. I have rib band set on the last hook (biggest size )and I am afraid that it might not fit as good after baby comes (but I will be loosing weight, so hopefully it will fit even better). This bra is great because it has a wide comfortable band that doesn’t dig into my breasts as many others did, and it is cut low enough that it doesn’t stick out under tank tops or low-cut shirts. It is a little pricey but well worth it! Make sure you hand-wash to keep looking like new…
Medela Underwire Seamless Nursing Bra 36DD – White
First, I must say that this is the most supportive nursing bra I’ve found so far. I know some caution about wearing underwire while nursing due to possibility for clogged ducts and what not. However, I have had no problems with this at all, and I haven’t been able to find a wireless bra that offers as much support as I need it to, despite trying many out. I love that the cut out for your breast on this bra is all around, rather than just on the one side, as many nursing bras are. I also think it gives you good shape, not torpedo-looking like some of the nursing bras I’ve tried. Cons: it needs more padding. It has no padding at all, not a good thing when your nipple are so sensitive to stimulation while nursing. And, it is kind of high on breasts, so if you are wearing a lower scoop neck like a cami or something, it is likely to show through. Otherthan that, I love this bra, and will be buying another.
Medela Underwire Seamless Bra – Basic Colors
I own two of these bras. It is so comfortable, easy to snap on and off in the front for nursing. Also, it is nice and very pretty for a nursing bra. Comfortable lightly padded shoulder straps are a nice extra.
I love this bra!! I bought it in every color they have to offer. I am going to wait and see how much size changes and probably buy more if needed. SO far though they have kept their shape and do not look as worn out as I feel they should. I am very impressed. I have worn them to sleep on occasion but prefer to wear a bra without underwire to bed. I was afraid when I purchased the first one I got (the nude color) that the pattern on the cups might show through but it doesn’t that was a very pleasant surprise! I highly recommend it!
I was nervous about buying an underwire bra while nursing, based on so much advice to steer clear. But I have always worn underwire and found non-underwire bras lacking in support. This bra has been great for me. I haven’t had any problems with clogged or pinched ducts or anything. And I have a nice shape in it. I’m here to buy a couple more.
